My third GPS does not quite measure up

Favorite features: IQ Routes™ Technology
Bought the product for its IQ route feature which is working well. Had Navman and Mio GPS before and much preferred them to the Tomtom in terms of "driver interaction". Use of street names in turning instructions are inconsistant (pacific hwy being called Metro 1 before the turn, Pacific Hyw after the turn) final right turn instruction seem to appear 50 m prior to turn no matter if traveling on a 3 lane hwy or local road. Also very disappointed with speed warning (60 in 50 zone rearly picked up). Schoolzone often missed. Also with all the dynamic update facility of this model to facilitate interactive communication with Google etc. why on earth does it not differentiate between school days and non- school days? And finally, why do the 30+ possible warning tones not include a simple audio message "you are over the speed limit" or "speed camera ahead". Instead the diver needs to be programmed what "beep eeeeep beeeep" means. Don't get me started on the "voice recognition" this model features. Who's voice I wonder does it recognize? Maybe the programmers. Sorry guys I am designing UIs for a living and this one does not cut it.
