I've got the GO LIVE 1005 World for my birthday as a present and I was looking forward using it. I've never had such a poor navigation system as the TomTom Go Live 1005 World. Most of the time the Sat Nav is frozen, stuck on one picture. Especially when you need or you would be glad if it would work to navigate you through unknown cities, it just doesn't work. Not only once, we landed up to 25 km from our target destination away. The button to set your target destinaton wasn't available and the sd card slot isn't available as well. TomTom Home isn't working for the system as well, no backups possible and the internal storage size is to small for all the maps.

Doesn't hold world maps

Wish I'd never bought it. Doesn't hold all world maps as stated. There's not enough memory so can only have one map at a time. Frequently crashes, icons greyed out so have to reboot. Support services poor.
